I prefer Commando. Terminator is very good, but Commando is pure quotable fun.
I agree. The Terminator is a better story, told better, but Commando is way more fun, and The Terminator is not that good of a film's to outweigh Commando's fun factor. The Terminator is dark and creepy, Commando is, violence and brief nudity notwithstanding, a lot more kid friendly than Temple of Doom, I saw it when I was 10 without any trauma and so did a lot of other kids my age at the time.
There's so much wrong here.
Maybe I ought to watch the remastered Blu-ray, which is supposed to color correct accurately the previous prints? Because The Terminator looks like a 70's film.

Commando is stupid, but so much fun. The references to The Terminator were a bit silly if you ask me though. However this is not a contest.
