*wow* Two of my fav Alain Resnais's films, so touching, in their own genres - fiction and documentary. Such a tough choice here, even impossible to me eventually. Coeurs is such a funny and stirring ensemble film, with such a great cast and such a superb script, while I think Nuit et brouillard is the best film about WW2 ever, both instructive and heartfelt. Resnais is very talented, I will go with Coeurs just not knowing why.
