The Thing all the way. A Clockwork Orange is way overrated.

I used to absolutely love A Clockwork Orange, but it has dropped significantly my last couple viewings. I still really like it overall, but not nearly as much as I once did. The Thing it is.

A Clockwork Orange is my All time favorite film, not overrated at all its message and style still as relevant as ever even more today, Thing is in my top 20 as well!

I must agree with HorrorHistorian 5 now. Just re-watched ACO and it's so great it hurts. It's my #2 now, beating The Thing.

I really like Clockwork but I will take The Thing here!
A Clockwork Orange was a brilliant before its time masterpiece and it is as relevant today as it ever was. It easily wins this match even if you felt this film makes you uncomfortable. Violence has consequences and the film had a unique way of showing you both sides of the equation.
The Thing wins....
