Two amazing movies. The Godfather Part II is just the culmination of everything in film. I believe it is absolutely perfect and not many touches it, not even Gone with the Wind.
Godfather 2 all the way. Gone With The Wind becomes broing about half wayt hrough and doesn't have nearly the same depth as the Godfather 2.

The Godfather Pt.2 is in the 30's for me. Gone with the Wind is in my top 20. GWTW FTW.

Gone with the Wind does indeed lose something in its second half, although I wouldn't go so far as to call it boring. The Godfather Part II is just a greater film overall.

This is the type of debate that make movies great. But GWTW was innovative for it's time.
