The Sting is the Best Picture Oscar winner that has the misfortune of being sandwiched between The Godfather (1972's winner) and The Godfather Part II (1974's winner). It is utterly dwarfed by those two cinematic giants. The Godfather Part II just crushes it...

I hate Con Movies, but i love the Sting. Much more enjoyable to watch than the perfection that is Part II.

The Godfather Part II is so good all I have to say about it is that it's Godfather Part II. It's that cemented in cinematic culture.
