Striptease vs. House of Wax

I remember when I saw House of Wax at the theatre, a group of people left right after Paris Hilton got killed. I guess that's all they came for. The fact that Paris Hilton was in the movie at all should've discouraged people from sitting through any of it, but there I was... Striptease is a better movie. Simply not having Paris Hilton in it makes it better. At least the stars were real actors with some degree of talent, and Demi Moore is undeniably hot. As bad as Striptease was at times, watching it left me in better spirits than House of Wax. I must admit, though, House of Wax was surprisingly gruesome. Not good, but gruesome.
