Brick vs. Little Miss Sunshine

Little Miss Sunshine fell flat for me after hearing so much hubbub from the hype machine. While Brick went over my head a little on the first viewing, given all the lingo, it was refreshingly original entry, unlike Little Miss Sunshine.

I really liked both these indie films. Sunshine is obviously funnier and more feel-good whereas brick is much darker and more of mystery. Sunshine wins - the family dynamics are so familiar, it was more relatable
