The Cell is one of the most underrated movies of the past twenty years and Tarsem is one of our most overlooked directors. It's unfortunate that more people saw The Village than The Cell. It is also a shame that M. Night Shyamalan has the clout that he does and a great director like Tarsem must see his great films go unnoticed by the masses.

Both director's have done better, but while the Cell was style over substance most of the time an there were definitely problems with the script, it didn't have quite the disappointing resolutions of Shyamalan's first major descent into mediocrity. Cell ftw!
well i havent seen the cell, but the village was absolutely terrible in my opinion
