Two brilliant studies of madness and ambition and two of my favorite films. Difficult decision.

Not for me. It's entirely possible (probable even) that most of the impact from Throne of Blood is lost on me due to my complete lack of knowledge on Shakespeare. It's a great film, surely. A respected one...just not one that I love. Lawrence of Arabia on the other hand is something close to perfection.
