Days of Future Past for the win, even though I still thoroughly enjoy Iron Man 3.

Yep, Iron Man 3 is enjoyable; but Days of Future Past offers a lot more.

I wasn't very impressed with Iron Man 3 at all while Days of Future Past far surpassed my expectations and has remained among some of my favorite comic book films.
