70's Bowie vs. 80's Bowie! 80's Bowie was great especially because of Tin Machine and the Scary Monsters. Let's Dance was fine, but way too pop sounding for my ears. The only good things about Tonight were Blue Jean and Loving the Alien, but I guess Never Let Me Down fits perfectly in the "so bad it's good" category. 70's was a killer decade for Bowie though. From The Man Who Sold The World to Lodger. Ziggy Stardust somewhere in the middle. Then there's Station to Station, Heroes, Low, Aladdin Sane... gosh, I guess I went a little bit too far here. But 60/70's Bowie > 2010's Bowie > 1990's Bowie > 1980's Bowie. It shows here.
