Training Day is an often self-consciously gritty drama with one great performance at its center. Casino Royale is a wonderfully executed Bond adventure--the best since the days of Connery.

Training Day is EPIC! Alonso Harris is King Kong after all.

Both are great, but I didn't really like the end of Casino Royale. I'll go Training Day.
