Tommy Lee Jones > Jackie Chan, Will Smith > Chris Tucker, so MiB II > RH II
I have only seen MIB2 once and I didn't like it, I've seen Rush Hour 2 countless times and I love it.
"Tommy Lee Jones > Jackie Chan" Hmm...you're on my list now. Men in Black II mostly sucks. Rush Hour 2 manages to keep most of the fun found in the first one, so, ya know, it wins.
Both are nothing special, but are immensely entertaining at times. Men In Black 2 is pretty rewatchable, but Rush Hour 2 is heaps funny.

As far as sequels go, Rush Hour 2 took everything from the first Rush Hour and made it better. Meanwhile, MIB2 took everything from the first movie and made it worse.

Yeah I will never give MIB2 another watch. Ever. Rush Hour 2 was pretty funny so it's wins this.

Two very good movies, but "Rush Hour 2" slightly edges it for me, perhaps cause of better action scenes.
