I haven't seen either film. After "Pay it Forward" I no longer watch movies beginning with "Pay."

I really enjoyed Payback. Paycheck was disappointing as a movie -- I think it would've been far better as a video game -- I was reminded of one of those old school Sierra adventure games. I'd say that both are better than Pay it Forward. ;-)
