Oh man, here's a tough one. I think I'm going with Rosemary's Baby. Zodiac is brilliant, but held back by the questions still surrounding the true events. Rosemary has enough genius moments to push it out on top.

I too find Zodiac to be a class over most high-praised movies of the 00's (like Gladiator for instance), but there's only one classic piece of cinema between those two. And it's not hard to guess which one.

Rosemary's Baby. I really was thrilled by the way it was crafted.
