Surprised that there are no comments on this.

Well, why would anyone comment about a lopsided matchup like this?

Sorry Hitch.

I'm really not sure which to pick...They're very different and very good...

Gotta go Psycho.

Mulholland DR. which is more hypnotic and more interesting.

Psycho was a really great movie, but I have to go with Mulholland Dr. It just has a lot more going on.

Psycho pummels Mulholland Dr.

Both movies, despite the televisual origins of their productions, boldly confront the darker aspects of sexual identity in a consummately cinematic fashion. Hitchcock and Lynch, the remarkably unapologetic artists they are, don't shy away from taking on controversial or experimental material, a prerequisite for making films like Psycho, Blue Velvet, and Mulholland Drive. Close call but in the end I'll take Mulholland Drive due to my utter distaste for black-and-white films.

David Lynch? Verbal reasoning is not his thing. That is why his films end up being aberrant and perplexing.
