Chennai Express vs. Happy New Year

Both are Action Comedies and Masala Entertainment. Which one is funnier might be up for discussion (I laughed more during HNY), but you can't deny that HNY feels like a Bollywood version of various Hollywood movies. Chennai Express teaches values (gender quality, races) so even though Farah's sense of humor is more to my taste than Rohit's I'll go with the movie that has a more intellectual script.
