Raiders is a very good adventure movie but Airplane is the funniest movie of all time. I'd pick Airplane by a hair.

I love both but I like Raiders just a little bit more.
Airplane is messy. Raiders is not.

These are two gold standards of their respective genres. Airplane! is my favorite comedy. Raiders is my favorite adventure movie. It goes to Raiders for being the more complete, satisfying, and iconic film.
One is rubbish, other is Airplane!, solid member of my top 20.
