Can't believe there are no comments for this matchup. I've never seen two more hated films release in the same year. I kind of like both, but I think Speed 2 is actually good. BaR is bad, but entertaining.
I don't know which one is "better" necessarily, but I certainly do like Batman & Robin more.

Both are totally sucked and should never ever be made
Batman and Robin had some entertainment value.
