This one is extremely close. I'll go with The Lady Vanishes.
Not close at all for me. The Lady Vanishes is an absolute masterpiece, Suspicion is a pretty poor film even without the crappy twist at the end. Why? Because too much of the film deals around light hearted romance and when the story starts to become darker and more serious, it feels disjointed. Besides, calling Fontaine 'Monkeyface' only further illustrates that this Hitchcock film hasn't aged well.
