The Matrix is better. Easy choice. But i dont not love gladiator.
I didn't quite love Gladiator as most people did. The Matrix wins this with ease.

The Matrix is good but I enjoy Gladiator a lot more.

I prefer the action of the best Matrix films to the slow drama of Gladiator. That and Gladiator makes everyone but Russell Crowe incredibly stupid. At least in Matrix it's a fun kind of stupid.
