It's matchups like this where I have to actually stop and REMIND myself how good Empire is. It can't lose here, despite my knee-jerk reaction.

Empire all the way- It is just revolutionary in every aspect
Both are present in my top 20. The Empire wins easily though.
Predator wins this duel.
I honestly don't care much about Predator. It has decent suspense and action and the effects on the predator look amazing, but eh. It's alright.
It takes something pretty damn special to pick against Predator. Empire is special enough...

Predator is the stronger movie.
I respect Predator but I much prefer Empire Strikes Back.
Empire is the stronger movie...by far.

Predator didn’t do anything for me. A standard kinda-cheesy 80s action flick. Empire Strikes Back is a contender for the best film ever made and, in my opinion, the best film of the 1980s!
