Oh my. I was not lucky enough to be alive when Back to the Future came out. However, it is still masterpiece of my childhood. It's sentimental nature will trump The Dukes of Hazzard easily. However, I would like to point out the quality of acting in Back to the Future is better and the story is pretty darn good too. Dukes of Hazzard's only redeeming quality is the confrontation with the confederate flag because of it's hilarious portrayal.
