Both incredibly misunderstood films, especially Spider-Man 3. Gotta go with The Last Jedi, but not because Spider-Man 3 is bad at all. Two great films by two great film makers.
The Last Jedi is incredibly the superior film.

Spider-Man 3 is far far better. Jedi disgraced the past. Spider-Man 3 honored what came before.

Spider-Man 3 is the better experience and certainly the better movie.

TLJ is way better but they both disappointments
TLJ is a better made film. Spider man 3 really went off the rails while TLJ just tried to do something different. I think spiderman 3 was more disappointing, so TLJ i prefer.

Both incredibly terrible films, especially Spider-Man 3. Gotta go with The Last Jedi, but not because it is good at all.
I'd take pretty much any Raimi movie over any of the Star Wars Sequels
