I'm going with Her here, while both great, I think Her wins for not being quite as obvious with it's screenplay and for being a slightly better concept in my ming.

I might have to actually go with Her here, it's so much more powerful and meaningful. I know that The Terminator is a lot of fun and incredibly iconic and impressive for its time especially but it lacks the technical polish and poetic beauty of Her. Joaquin beats Arnold here.
