What a dilemma, one's a brilliantly executed concept, the other is beatifully shot and inspired me to start writing a novel. So will have to go with the latter.

Sunshine was pretty cool, but there are very few films that top Memento. This isn't even close.

'Memnto' is a tad better in this case. But not by much.

there will be plenty of films like sunshine but i dont think there will be another memento

For some strange reason I really really love Sunshine, but I think Memento is probably a better overall film.

Sunshine.
Yeah, I like Sunshine too. It's strange cause I get the feeling most folk think that Sunshine is probably not a movie that others will consider good but enjoy it nevertheless. Still, Memento.

Sunshine surprised the hell out of me. I had no idea I would enjoy it as much as I did. I loved Memento as well, but as time passed it didn't remain as memorable to me as I hoped it would be. Still a great movie and in my top 100, but I think Sunshine is an extraordinary sci-fi film.
