Pretty hard decision for me. Currently both films are in my top 30 and are right next to each other. Still, I am a slave to the LOTR trilogy and I am choosing it.
Memento's style of storytelling is brilliant and even tops Pulp Fiction in the non linear storytelling department. Return of the King is a classic, but Memento is just so unique.
Return of the King, Memento is brilliant though.

I like the "idea" of Memento more than I actually like Memento. The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King wins easily.
