Perhaps the darkest and grittiest films ever to emerge from the Burton/Depp combo. 'd take Sleepy Hollow over Sweeney Todd, although neither are really my kind of movie.

Sweeney Todd and Sleepy Hollow are probably Tim Burton's fullest and most complete works. My vote goes to Sweeney Todd, but Sleepy Hollow is close behind it. Both of these movies are extraordinarily rich in character and story and they both pack fantastic production designs that are over-the-top without upstaging the plot. If you see a Burton film these two are the ones to see.
