This is really tough. Both are top-shelf action flicks. Both feature men in the leading roles who are entirely too hot, and total badasses... I think I have to give it to Statham, though. Stunt driving and a more imaginative plot (not that Ironman isn't imaginative, it's just that someone else a long, long time ago came up with it) tip the balance, although the more modern effects of Ironman give it a run for its money.

'The Transporter' is a fun ride the first time. But 'Iron Man' is a perfectly crafted blockbuster. Couldn't ask for a better cast, either. Go Downey!!

Transporter is a fun ride and I really like Jason Statham in an action role, but iron Man cruises right on by for the win.
