The Fugitive is good, but never anything special. It's not a great film, it's just entertaining. The same can be said for It's a Wonderful Life, but I must say that It's a Wonderful Life made made me so happy after watching it (I was in a better mood after It's a Wonderful Life than after many films that I have ranked higher than it), so I'll let it win.

The Fugitive is entertaining, but not stunningly so. Meanwhile, It's a Wonderful Life is one of only a handful of films that I find genuinely touching. This is no contest.
Wow....this is tough. Ultimately, I'll go with the Fugitive here...but this could change on a daily basis...
Good action movie or Christmas classic. Ha Its a Wonderful Life... no contest.
