Evil Toons was so disappointing. Aside from there hardly being any evil cartoon in the movie, the gore and sleaze was underwhelming. This was a case of a film not being bad enough to be entertaining, but not good enough to be passable. The Legend of Hell House is one of the most boring haunted house flicks ever made. Evil Toons isn't boring. Just completely lackluster, but with some nudity.
