X-Men wins by default.

Two awful, awful superhero movies. I'm not totally sure which one is worse, but X3 loses here because of the two really good movies that preceded it. It's a black mark on one of the few good comic book franchises. FF is just goofy and dumb.
I with willhunting on this one. Bad films, but X-Men takes it without much trouble.
X-Men for me as well.

I agree with AidensVlog. Fantastic Four was just not much fun. Despite how angry The Last Stand made me (seriously, Singer set up the 3rd so well and THIS is what Ratner comes up with?), it did have some great action scenes and interesting characters (characters that Singer already developed); it was decent fun for what it was, but it still disappointed me.

X3 started a downward spiral in X films that First Class stopped, but there has never been a good FF film, and this one was definitely the bigger letdown.

I actually liked the third X-Men. Compared to the Fantastic Four, X-Men: The Last Stand kicked Fantastic Four's plastic ass.
