I had the misfortune of watching the unrated, extended version of Tropic Thunder, which took a tight, well acted comedy, and turned it into a meandering and plodding war spoof. However, that was not nearly as bad Hannibal, which has a great performance by Anthony Hopkins, and pretty much nothing else going for it.

Tropic Thunder by leaps and bounds
Tropic Thunder is so funny and clearly wins this match.
Bashers, Tropic isn't even a movie. Hannibal>Tropic Thunder
