I've seen both of these films over 10 times each. This has to be one of my toughest decisions. The end message and narrative structure of Signs wins by a very small margin.

Both are in my top 20, but I just have to give it to Signs. Simply put, it's one of the few films to have made me tear up. Freakin' creepy, too.
