Bonnie and Clyde vs. Apocalypse Now

I'm surprised nobody has commented on this match-up yet, two violent and shocking movies for their time, one looking back on "the horror" of Vietnam, and the other trying to escape it into the near-fantasy of the 1930s.

Bonnie and Clyde, Apocalypse Now is absurdly overrated and if I need to sleep I'll pop in some nyquill and check that one out.

Bonnie and Clyde is a great movie, but it pales when pitted against Coppola's best film.

I'm assuming everyone is smart enough to understand, but when I said "the horror" the quotation marks were meant to quote the film, not sarcastically deny the horror of Vietnam.
