Ladyhawke vs. Perfume: The Story of a Murderer

A surprisingly tough choice. Perfume is slow and a little hampered by having narration, but I love its perversity. There should be more endings along these lines. Ladyhawke is hampered by the combination of The Alan Parsons Project and Matthew Broderick. It's torn between being a hauntingly beautiful romantic fantasy and Ferris Bueller visits Mediaeval Europe. I guess for those reasons I'm going to have to go with Perfume.
