Wow, Tom Cruise, is there a bigger lame dash o in Hollywood? Cant stand that guy, and yes couldnt stand him even before he dumped his wife for some kid and jumped up and down on Oprahs couch.

Mission Impossible. The Lost World was just lame though the effects and score were great.

Both are in the "meh" category. While I am willing to defend some aspects of The Lost World, the first Mission: Impossible is still a decent (if overrated) thriller, which unlike the former has few outstanding problems. M:I wins.

I'd take The Lost World over the first Mission Impossible.

I was underwhelmed by Mission: Impossible. The script was way too convoluted, though there were a few nice action sequences. However, I actually found The Lost World to be on par with the original- it has its problems, but it's loads of fun, and has some great special effects. Easily The Lost World.

Cruise is one of the best actors ever. He has been in some of the best movies ever made. This is not one of the best Mission's though. Jurassic Park wins.
I really like these Mission: Impossible flicks more than Lost World.
