Captain Voyeur extremely needed better editing and maybe more money and a few more minutes to work things up. Then it would work perfectly as a terrifying horror short. Even it being as it is (very weak and badly edited), you could see some future for this John Carpenter guy in the horror industry. Halloween is what solidified him as a good director and a master of horror. Ofcourse Assault came before but who knew it wasn't just some One-Hit Wonder?
