As a filmmaker, I am torn between what everyone considers true cinema and what a I really enjoy.
Kill Bill 1 is slightly better.

Kill Bill all the way, hands down the better film. Even when Silence is an awesome, near perfect film.

Silence is better in every way. Kill Bill really is one of QT's worst stories and plot.

I love both, but Kill Bill is #6 on my list, while Silence is at #11. Gotta go with Kill Bill.
Love both films but give edge to Kill Bill.
