Both really bad! Going to do something I never thought I would do and side with AVP simply because both are abominations on Alien and Jaws (not a sequel, but still in the vein of Shark films), but Jaws is my preferred film so don't mind AVP as much.
Deep Blue Sea. It's a guilty pleasure of mine.
