A highly original thought: these two movies are somewhat alike, kinda.
Mulholland Dr. is a fascinating puzzle of a movie. Vertigo is growing on me though.

I think Alfred Hitchcock would have been proud as punch if he had seen this movie. Hitch always loved to flirt with the perverse, but could never fully indulge in it. Lynch clearly does exactly that.

Oh both are beautiful and mysterious. I couldn't pick one without feeling guilty about leaving out the other. I'm a sucker for both.

The two best mysteries of all time, and they are indeed very similar. Have to go with Vertigo on this, although both films are in my top 10.

Mulholland easily. Lynch > Hitchock.
