Two stone-cold classics. Brilliant screenplays, iconic performances; one taking the piss out of the newspaper game, the other Hollywood. Citizen Kane has the edge in cinematic innovation, but Sunset Blvd is just so damned entertaining. In a coin flip like this, I guess I'll go on reputation and give the nod to CK.

I really liked Citizen Kane, but Sunset Boulevard gets my vote. It was fantastic!

Citizen Kane; Sunset Boulevard, while amazing, simply cannot beat Citizen Kane.

Definitely Sunset Boulevard. I appreciate Kane and all, but it's overrated.

man Sunset Blvt was good but got to go with Citizen Kane Orson Wells masterpiece a very good insight into the times and media.

i think both are overrated, but ill take citizen kane
