I really enjoy both, but The Dead Zone is the better movie.

Pet Sematary was a fun little movie, but it's too clownish and flawed; sometimes, staying in the book is better. The Dead Zone was great, Christopher Walken was fine and I liked it as an adaptation. Its first 10 minutes were a bore, but it really gets better from there. Dead Zone all the way here.
