Death Race 2000 is a better car of death movie than Death Proof. But Planet Terror is more entertaining than Death Race 2000. Grindhouse has the disadvantage of carrying the dead weight of Death Proof, while Death Race 2000 has no such disadvantage. Why, oh why did Tarantino have to screw up Death Proof so bad?
