This isn't that hard. Transformers is good, dumb fun, but nowhere near as fun as Independence Day.

You know, here's the thing: Independence Day had a few characters that were borderline annoying, but it also had Will Smith and Jeff Goldblum. Transformers had a shitload of obnoxious characters AND ZERO characters that were remotely likeable or interesting. And Independence Day had some pretty stupid and cheesy moments, but it never had a piss joke, or a masturbation joke, or any of that sort of bullshit. Besides that, Independence Day had the way better action. You can actually tell what's going on, unlike Transformers where Michael Bay shoves an Autobot's head in your face while shaking the camera. Independence Day, without the shadow of a doubt.
What!?!? Sam Witwicky is the most likable movie character since Atticus Finch. It is impossible to not like LadiesMan217. Impossible!
