I have a feeling many will disagree with me here, but I really just enjoy the hell out of ID4. Predator is the popular choice, but I'm my own man.

Wow, it's an "Independence Day" love-fest in here! I agree, though, this is close. These are both cheesy but at the same time clever sci-fi thrillers that are really entertaining. I think I have to give the win to "Predator" though, for originality and one of the best villains in cinema.
