This one is tough because I love both films but I gotta go District 9 for it's originality.

oh god this one is hard
District 9 was so painfully overrated. It's not original, it's trying to be funny at the most awkward moments, the main character is a douche and everyone else is stupid. The effects were nice but that's about it. Wall-E is great. Not Pixars best, but even then it's a brilliant movie.
