i have to go with the matrix but MIB1 was awesome it baffles me how MIB3 is ranked higher in IMDB dont get me wrong it was a very solid 3rd installment and it was very satisfying but I didnt think it came close to the first one

Matrix takes the win.
The Matrix is always fantastic, while IMO Men In Black holds up less and less with each viewing....
I came to the Matrix party late and came out rather underwhelmed. Maybe if I went it with lower expectations it would win this battle but as it stands now, Men in Black is the winner.
The Matrix, and it's not even close.
Men in Black is one of those movies you're supposed to pretend to like now that 90s nostalgia kid-ism is in full swing, but fuck that, you'd know how much it sucks if you saw it for the first time today.

I don't love men in black but it is enjoyable.The matrix on the other hand is a really good movie.

Matrix is the much better movie. But both entertain at a high level. It's close in that sense. Matrix wins.
