what an impossible choice...even though it may be blasphemy to some, I think I'd miss The Maltese Falcon more if both of these films were somehow removed from history. List was amazing, one of Spielberg's best, but I gotta go with John Huston's best film.

I always feel bad picking against Schindler's List, but Sam Spade doesn't, so I'll let him decide.

yes Schindler's List is a masterpiece and the better made film but Maltese Falcon remake is so fun and Sams Character along with the mystery and crime noir feel is a better overall watch and rewatch!
