Your future-hunger double feature. Delicatessen might be the "fun" French prequel to The Road. Delicatessen has visual spectacle, but the movie tries to do too many things, at least compared to The Road, which does one thing great.

Delicatessen is definitely for a select few individuals who get their kicks from dark humor, that quite frankly isn't even funny unless you have a few screws loose upstairs. Going with the road by a mile and a half.
